A gorgeous cake to fit perfectly with the mood of the evening is an essential part of the perfect wedding!
The unique style of your wedding and your personal taste will be showcased in the cake you choose. It is an important visual focal point and along with the flowers and the bride herself brings beauty to the reception.
I use the freshest ingredients including fine Dutch cocoa, imported vanilla, Callebaut chocolate and real cream and butter. Your cake should
be a beautiful work of art, but as soon as you cut into it it’s still just a cake, and that’s when the flavour becomes the most important
element. My cakes are never frozen, are moist rich, and the fillings are smooth and creamy.
I add personalized elements of style and design to make your cake a one-of-a-kind creation. Poured sugar designs, gumpaste flowers, chocolate designs and fondant sculpture are a few of the options available, as well as royal icing decorations and buttercream piping.
The possibilities are endless. I am the designer, pastry chef and sugar artist and will personally create your cake every step of the way.
I have over 13 years experience in the Vancouver culinary scene as well as my Red Seal Certification and I’m confident that your wedding cake will be remembered by you and your guests for years to come.
Flavours and Prices
Wedding cakes and large tiered cakes start at $10 per serving, which includes simple decoration. More elaborate designs have additional decoration cost added according to the complexity of the design.
Wedding cake sample boxes are available for $75 and you can try 3 combinations of any cake and filling on my menu.
